Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience of sales/business development in B2B (chemicals, automotive) in covering North Africa mandatory.
- Sales and/or marketing background with experience in in the development of marketing plans and associated strategies.
- Technical experience gained from working in the plastics industry with a preference on engineering Thermoplastics.
- Demonstrated success in sales development.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Well-developed negotiation and influence skills.
- Well developed communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business acumen in order to be able to identify opportunities, assemble creative sales programs and demonstrate competitive advantage.
- MS Office, SAP and Salesforce.com
- English and French fluent mandatory to interact with North Africa region.
