Education and Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of plastics industry experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline or demonstrated experience in relationship and value selling.
  • Must be bilingual English-Spanish

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience and background in dip molding, rotational molding or plastisol strongly preferred
  • Strong selling skills supported by 3 years of prior documented sales success
  • Experience with SalesForce.com preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%
