WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Studies in progress in the related field (IT, accounting, logistics, supply chain, philology, controlling) or minimum Bachelor’s degree in other fields.
- 0-1 year of related experience, preferred in SSC/GBS/BPO environment.
- Good language skills in English and German.
- A Go-See-Act approach.
- A fundamental problem-solving capability.
- Being able to instill trust and being resilient.
- Ready to communicate openly and directly.
