Administrator, Sales
Job Summary
The purpose of the Sales Administrator function is to provides overall support to regional sales team in optimizing sales operation process to track sales performance and targets, identify trends & opportunities and maximize sales efficiency Design templates for sales reports and presentations to visualize KPIs, track projects and deliver business insights and findings Provides data support, rolling forecast consolidation and accuracy tracking, and communicate the results with stakeholders to support sales planning and achieve sales targets.
Essential Functions:
- Track sales opportunities on daily basis
- Manage Sales funnel and development monthly report
- Develop monthly sales reports
- Monitor attrition account
- Collect rolling forecast information and compile the result
- Make STNB monthly report
- Provide seller monthly performance dashboard
- Ad hoc request

Education and Experience
- Bachelors Degree , Majored in Business or Chemical, ideally Chemical background.
- 3~5 years’ + experience in sales support, ideally in chemical industry.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Certification in Finance or relevant field is a plus
