• Master degree related with chemistry, polymers, plastics, material science.
• 3 years related experience and working knowledge of polymers with a specific focus on plastics, chemical applications to wire and cable or extrusion, packaging
• Well developed interpersonal skills. This includes relationship building, relationship management and team building/team player.
• Well developed communication skills.
• Well developed project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Superior technical skills associated with polymer resins, processing and performance characteristics. The job holder must be able to readily speak in technical terms with suppliers and customers.
• Strong business acumen in order to be able to identify opportunities and demonstrate competitive advantage.
• MS Office with SAP 4.6 experience considered an asset
• Italian and English fluent
