Performance Expectations:
Competency in ISO/IEC 17025 QMS
Ability in planning of tests/calibrations and evaluation of results
Handles routine job requirements independently with good decision making
Good leadership quality
Ability in giving opinion and interpret test results
Competency in method modification, development, and validation
Education/Skills Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Polymer Science/Analytical Chemistry with minimum 3 years of laboratory experience
Well versed in ISO/IEC 17025 quality management system
Competency in polymer characterization techniques, mechanical and physical testing of thermoplastics will be plus points
Competent in technical writing
Ability to work independently in laboratory with minimum supervision
