QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year experience in benefits administration and global benefits analysis or related role within insurance broker or global benefits consultancy.
Additional Qualifications
- Strong Excel skills are essential
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with individuals across all organizational levels, geographies and cultures
- Ability to work as part of a team with excellent collaboration skills across other functions and with business partners
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision: manage and be accountable for multiple tasks and priorities with good time management, and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- Quick thinking, initiative taking self-starter with a thirst for learning and unafraid to be out of comfort zone
