Professional experience/ qualifications
• Minimum of 7 years of commercial and or business development experience
• Have demonstrated abilities and successes in driving and achieving performance and customer expectation.
• Prefer specialty material development experience on Electrical, Electronics, Appliance and Fluid Engineering
• Ability to analyze complex business transactions
• Oral/written communication skills in Mandarin and English
• Strong results-orientation, pragmatic, focus on results and hands-on as necessary
• Speaking Japanese will be a plus
