Business Development Manager (East Coast)

Education and Experience

•    Education: Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably in Plastic, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, materials science or related

•    Minimum 5 years of proven commercial experience working in the targeted markets as an Account Manager, BDM, MDM, ADE, Marketing Manager or similar

•    Highly motivated, self-starter and possessing drive for success

•    Strong customer centric attitude, business acumen and not afraid of cold calling

•    Strong analytical thinking, organizational and collaboration skills

•    Excellent negotiation and persuasion capabilities

•    Ability to influence and communicate across all roles and levels both internally and externally

•    Excellent project management skills

•    Hands-on ability and willingness when needed
