Business Development Manager - Transportation

Education and Experience

• Education: Bachelor or Master Degree ideally in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials or Chemical engineering or related.

• Minimum 5 years of proven engineering/commercial experience working in the automotive or aerospace market, ideally at Tier 1/2 level as program or project manager, Account manager or in marketing. 

• Materials related experience is a plus.

• Highly motivated, self-starter, possessing drive for success.

• Strong customer centric attitude, business acumen and not afraid of cold calling.

• Strong analytical thinking, organizational and collaboration skills.

• Excellent negotiation and persuasion capabilities.

• Ability to Influence and communicate across all roles and levels both internally and externally.

• Excellent project management skills.

• Hands-on attitude and willingness to take on challenges when they arise.
