- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain discipline or business preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of customer focus and interaction.
- Must be able to communicate and interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization as well as customers and suppliers.
- Strong results orientation combined with ability to make sound, reasoned, decisions.
- Thorough knowledge of manufacturing operations and safety procedures; prior experience with scheduling and supply chain planning.
- Strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
