- Associates Degree with a preference for continuing education in a supply chain or other technical field of study.
- Minimum 7 years of experience of production, lab, or operation scheduling experience.
- Able to handle large quantities of work and multi-tasking with effective prioritization skills
- Active team player who will effectively work across all functions within PolyOne
- Computer skills
- Demonstrated analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to appropriately push back on scheduling changes while balancing strong customer support.
