Education and Experience
- High School degree required (or GED)
- Post-secondary technical training is a plus (Associates degree or bachelors.)
- Color matching experience or color QC experience (prefer 2-3 years)
Additional Qualifications
- Good color vision is required (will be validated)
- Knowledge of thermoplastics or paints is preferred
- Manufacturing experience or processing knowledge would be a differentiator
- Good mechanical aptitude
