CRM Associate

Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of demonstrable, relevant experience.
• BS Marketing, Finance, Business, or Management Information Systems

Skills
• Ability to apply complex analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong business acumen in understanding profitability concepts relative to growth strategies
• Requires strong creative and critical thinking skills and the ability to understand impacts of variables on sales effectiveness
• Ability to mobilize internally and externally to set and achieve business goals; able to articulate and drive required change and translate into actionable objectives for the extended marketing network
• Good oral and written communication skills and excellent presentation, research and project coordination skills
• Ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
• High customer service orientation with desire to spend significant time interacting with others
• Must have strong sense of urgency and ability to deal with high stress situations in tight time frames
• Self-motivated, with the ability to multi-task
• Demonstrated ability to interact and influence effectively at the managerial and peer level
• Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; SAP and data mining/data analytics experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com (experience and certifications) is strongly preferred
