  • Provide team leadership as a Specialist, administrator, and customer relations expert.
  • žEnsure the SCM team provides excellent customer service and support to all Export accounts.
  • žStrengthen customer relationships to keep building confidence and loyalty to Avient executes all export and import order requirements from quotation to cash collection.
  • žCoordinates with Logistics for inland, air and ocean freight carriers all logistic activities.
  • žCoordinates negotiation of letters of credit, sight draft or other export collection activities.
  • žTrains all Avient business in export order management§ Supports SAP start up and upgrades for export transactions across all businesses.
  • žCoordinates importations for all Avient businesses
  • žProvide support to SCM Managers, as needed.
  • As a role model, demonstrates positive and proper business relationships with all customers and all levels within Avient.
  • žSupports the field/internal customers by being a liaison with the end-customer.
  • žBuilds and communicates an in-depth understanding of international account cultures and business practices.
  • žFully understands all aspects of export and import requirements and regulations and customs documentation.
  • žProvides performance feedback to management in order to meet areas goals and customer expectations. Order Management Oversees the CSR team’s export order management process.
  • Works with sales to monitor and implement pricing on quotes, orders and invoices for accuracy and thoroughness.
  • žEnsures orders are priced accurately and promptly upon shipment to the customer.
  • žCoaches the team to ask for orders in advance of stated lead-times and forecasts required volume. Proactively communicates any deviation in the delivery process to the customer.

1. College or University graduated.

2. Commercial or internal trading at least 2 years of order processing. Logistic or shipping (import/export) experience. Secretarial experience is preferable.

3.. Good in writing & reading in English. 

4. Proficient in MS Office.
