Requirements:

 

 

1. Bachelor graduate, prefer major in foreign trade/ Economic/English relate

2. 3-5year's related customer service experience

3. Fluent in English in oral & written; Fluent English communication

4. Basic computer skill with MS office, especially with excel

5. Familiar with MRP system, SAP, oracle or etc.         

6. Optimistic and open-character, good communication skills 

JD:

 

  1. Input and maintain sales order in SAP system on time and accurately after received customers’ firmed orders.

    Notify  customers delivery schedule after get feedback from planner.

 2. Monitor production and stock status, arrange delivery to customers as negotiated with customers on time.

3. Communicate with customer to ensure good quality service delivered to customer and enhance the customer's satisfaction.

4. Quick arrangement of sample needs

5. Coordinate with Finance and Sales to monitor customers’ appropriate credit limit and payment term and to ensure the risk of Account Receivable to be under control.

6. Sensitive of customer's forecast, pass related information to planner.

7. Monitor billing invoices and follow account receivable status.

8. Quick actions when customer complaints received, and co-work internally and externally to follow up.

9. Other job assigned by managers.
