Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5 years’ experience managing direct reports
- 5 years’ experience with product knowledge, order management, customer service leadership and account management
- 7 years’ experience in customer service
Additional Qualifications
- SAP experience required
- Microsoft suite experience (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel, etc.) required
- Time Management skills
- Experience Training/Mentoring others
- Analytical skills
