Demand Planning Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience

• Bachelors’ Degree and 7+ years of experience in supply chain, sales, purchasing, sourcing, business analytics, finance, and/or related field
• Requires 5+ years of management experience in demand planning related field, where people leadership and tactical responsibilities can be demonstrated.
• Experience implementing S&OP processes and software, preferably JDA
• Working knowledge of relational databases and SAP applications, specifically the Materials Management and Production Planning modules
• APICS certification preferred

Skills

• This position requires strong computer and analytical skills combined with the ability to manage and synthesize large amounts of quantitative data. Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
• Maneuvering comfortably through complex policy, process, and people-related organizational dynamics
• Demonstration of organizational savvy behaviors to effectively interface with all levels and functions within the organization.
• Management of competing priorities through solid project management competencies and decision-making skills.
