Director of Operations and Planning (Distribution)

Required Qualifications:

• Requires 10+ years of leadership experience in a supply chain related field, where people management and business strategy responsibilities can be demonstrated.
• An MBA degree with a preferred major in supply chain management.  An acceptable alternative includes a BA with APICS certification and required experience.
• Technical knowledge of supply chain, including planning and purchasing, customer service, logistics, global trade, and other related functional areas.
• Ability to establish goals, measure conformance, and identify process improvement opportunities, and lead LSS initiatives for the business
• Ability to create a strategy and implement across a variety of businesses and locations.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical problem-solving, project management, negotiation, and computer skills (including SAP).

• Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
