Required Education/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Engineering, Business, Chemistry, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years’ experience in distribution, manufacturing, sales, account management
  • 7+ years’ experience in strategic planning, effectively managing others, budgets.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 

  • Proven track record in developing comprehensive relationships at all levels and network across organizations both externally and internally.
  • Demonstrated effective goal setting to achieve strategic business objective through focused, motivational leadership.
  • Must have demonstrated the ability to be highly strategic in planning for current needs and anticipating future directions as well as perceptive and innovative in identifying opportunities for synergy and value creation. Complex thinking skills in translating customer needs into solutions. Technical aptitude
  • Broad knowledge of solutions, materials and processing.
  • Demonstrated analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

Physical/Environmental Demands:

  • Requires remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time, and frequent communication.

  • Typical work is in an office environment where the noise level is low to moderate.
  • Valid US driver’s license and good driving record required.
  • Position will require up to 75% travel.
