QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Education and Experience

·         High School Diploma or GED required.

·         Associates Degree or equivalent experience required.

 

Additional Qualifications

·         5 years’ experience in manufacturing industry.

·         1-3 years’ experience managing direct reports.

·         1-3 years’ leadership experience.

·         Experience with PLC’s pumps, and lean manufacturing preferred.

·         Interpersonal skills including time/priority management, reading comprehension, stress management, and ability to function on a team.

·         Self motived with sound organizational skills.

·         Software skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to walk. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 55 lbs.
