EHS Supervisor
- To ensure to be in accordance of the operation of the Health and Safety status with the business of the Avient policy
- Sustaining and improving the current HS situation
- Collecting Health and Safety suggestions from employees and track the closing
- Reducing existing risks by making regular observations in the field
- Closing the tasks sharing from Avient Global
- Leading Gaziantep site and plan monthly visits
- Timely, complete, and accurate reporting of non-compliant situations to Health and Safety
- Taking responsibility for system quality management
- Ensuring the requirements of RC14001-ISO 9001
- Operation Clean Sweep-GMP certifications, completing the audits smoothly
- Following customer requirements on the system quality side,
- Taking full responsibility regarding the environment, making all reports on time and on day,
- Follow-up and leadership of the Total Compliance visits, once a year.
- To ensure the improvement of sustainability activities.
- To graduate from related departments of the universities
- At least 2 years experiences in a similar field or position
- Good level of English knowledge
- Good level of MS Office applications
- To have Health and Safet certificate
- To have experience with working at sites and blue-collar employees
