QUALIFICATION & OTHER SKILLS, COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
Diploma/Bachelor of Engineering – Polymer and Chemicals, B.Tech, CIPET or relevant education
Essential – Communication skills, Customer centric, critical thinking, Achieving results with urgency, approach toward continuous improvement, courageous decision making
Experience – Problem-solving techniques, Candidates from Polymer industries (Master batch, Compounds & Elastomers) are preferred.
Previous working experience in Plastic industry is Mandatory.
Working in Automotive industry will be added advantage.
This role is 6 day’s working role and nature of job is to work in all the shifts
