FRP/Production Operator- Competitive Pay
Required Education & Experience:
- US High School diploma, GED equivalency or equivalent experience
- Six (6) months to one (1) year of industrial/manufacturing experience
Additional Qualifications
- Required Skill: Must be able to read/comprehend written and oral instructions in English; read and comprehend safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals and product recipes/materials.
- Previous experience with ERP software system or computer knowledge
- Proven mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and fix common problems
- Self-starter with initiative, attention to detail, and strong work ethic
- Able to work within a team environment
- Must have mathematical skill to add, subtract, multiply and divide and to apply these skill to weights, measures of volume and distance.
- Competency in computer and PC software including email, internet, and MS office.
- Must have manual dexterity for hand tools of various types.
- Must be able to drive fork lift.

- Employees are required to wear mandatory PPE(8 to 12hrs per shift)which include:
- company issued unifroms
- hearing protection when on production floor
- steel toe shoes/boots when on production floor
- specific gloves when performing specific tasks
Work Environment
While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to walk. Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 70 lbs.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, toxic or caustic chemicals, and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment ranges from normal office noise levels to loud.
