Leadership and accountability to effectively influence, coach, coordinate and execute in matrix, cross functional and global environments
Top of the art execution of PolyOne’s customer centric selling philosophy to effectively identify, quantify and sell the value of our solutions and services
Capacity to align PolyOne’s capabilities and resources toward customer needs and requirements
Solid time and self management to outperform with low supervision
