Global Strategic EH&S Leader

Education and Experience

·       Bachelor’s degree in EHS, engineering or related field. 

·       10+ years’ experience in EH&S in a manufacturing or chemical environment

·       5+ years’ experience leading a team

·       5+ years of experience leading a corporate safety program

·       Global leadership experience in a high performing organization is preferred

·       Strong communication and leadership skills required

·       Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) preferred

·       Avient integrates EHS&S into all aspects of our operations. Each position at Avient is responsible for complying with all applicable EHS&S requirements. Additionally, employees and management are responsible for reporting all EHS&S incidents immediately to ensure we keep EHS&S a priority within the organization.
