Job Summary
The Human Resources Project Manager partners with the Human Resources team and cross-functional teams, to ensure that human resources initiatives, programs and policies are aligned with our strategic goals. The HR Project Manager leads initiatives aimed at optimizing our human resources processes, systems, and organizational culture.
Essential Functions
- Works with respective client groups to design organization structure, business process and systems that support their strategic goals.
- Plan, coordinate and execute projects across the organization including tracking and reporting on status, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Conduct research and analysis in different areas involving compensation, job evaluations, providing oversight of compliance with regulations and labor laws.
- Work with the HR Business Partners and project team to automate HR data processes, improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual workloads.
- Ensures the delivery of key project milestones on time and within budget, resource and policy
- Provides strategic recommendations based on data analysis to drive improvements in HR processes, such as Talent management, workforce planning and employee engagement, to gain consistency in HR practices across the region
- Facilitates the communication, translation and incorporation of best HR practices across businesses in the region
- Performs other projects as required by the business, functional unit and/or HR organization.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of relevant job experience with demonstrated capabilities and impact on results
- Strong experience with HR data analysis, metrics and KPIs, with a proven ability to extract actionable insights from large data sets.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as PowerBI or similar platforms.
