Required Education:
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related discipline
 
Required Length & Type of Experience:
  • Requires at least 5 years’ experience as a human resources generalist , including interviewing, performance management and HRIS systems
  • Experience supporting a manufacturing workforce is preferred
     
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail
  • Organization skills
  • Project/time management
  • Training/mentoring others
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
  • Negotiation skills

This position supports US associates in our Seabrook, Texas location.  This position supports exempt and non-exempt associates.
