Required Education:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related discipline
Required Length & Type of Experience:
- Requires at least 5 years’ experience as a human resources generalist , including interviewing, performance management and HRIS systems
- Experience supporting a manufacturing workforce is preferred
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to multitask
- Attention to detail
- Organization skills
- Project/time management
- Training/mentoring others
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
