Integration Lead, Business Services
Education and Experience
· Experience in GBS/SSC/BPO area
· 7+ years of experience in relevant process on managerial functions including exposition to senior leadership and experience in matrix organization are a must
· Process knowledge, process mapping experience and subject matter expertise
· Understanding of budget impact of changes and able to assess business impact of changes
· SSC/ GBS process understanding, technology used and SAP experience are a must; other ERP systems is a plus
· Experience with process standardization and optimization, digitalization, Lean, Analytic (Tableau), Organizational Change Management are a plus
· Fluent English is a must
· SOX knowledge is an asset
