IT Analyst - Manufacturing Systems

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Minimum Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
Experience and Skills
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the following fields:
Supporting a manufacturing business function is required
Experience designing and implementing application enhancements in response to business need is required
Project management skills/exposure is preferred
Superior trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills along with excellent listening skills
Technical documentation skills
Ability to interact with individuals globally and across all organizational levels
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities including good time management skills
Excellent collaboration skills within a team, across other IT functions, and with other business partners
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to demonstrate empathy, good diplomacy skills with customers and accountability for projects and issues
Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems is a plus
Experience supporting systems in an SAP landscape is a plus

Scope
This position requires on-call availability during non-stand hours on a rotational basis and may be required to complete cutover activities or resolve critical system issues
This position may require occasional travel (up to 10%) as needed.
