Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Minimum Manufacturing Engineering, or related field

 

Experience and Skills

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the following fields:

    • Supporting a manufacturing business function is required

    • Experience designing and implementing application enhancements in response to business need is required

    • Project management skills/exposure is preferred

    • Superior trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills

    • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills along with excellent listening skills

    • Technical documentation skills

    • Ability to interact with individuals globally and across all organizational levels

    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities including good time management skills

    • Excellent collaboration skills within a team, across other IT functions, and with other business partners

    • Excellent customer service skills

    • Ability to demonstrate empathy, good diplomacy skills with customers and accountability for projects and issues

    • Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems is a plus

    • Experience supporting systems in an SAP landscape is a plus

Scope

This position requires on-call availability during non-stand hours on a rotational basis and may be required to complete cutover activities or resolve critical system issues

This position may require occasional travel (up to 10%) as needed.
