QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 1+ years’ experience providing technology support in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Quality Control, CMMS, QMS, labeling is a plus.
• Advanced investigation and problem-solving skills to determine root cause of issues and solve problems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team at all levels.
• Excellent collaboration skills within a team, across other IT functions, and with business users.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities including good time management skills.
