Job Title: Leadership Development Program Associate (Human Resources)

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Are you a recent Human Resources graduate looking to embark on an exciting and fulfilling role in HR? Are you passionate about innovation and sustainability? If yes then Avient’s Leadership Development Program could be the perfect start to your career.   The program accelerates professional development by placing graduates in multiple Avient HR Teams during a 19 month rotational program.  The HR Associate gets hands-on experience by going through three rotations gaining key technical, project management, and leadership competencies.

As part of our European 19 month program, you will have the opportunity to manage key HR projects and gain a wide breadth of exposure and experience networking with many functions across the business. You will continue to grow and develop your career through on-the-job and professional skills training such as communication and presentation skills as well as having the support and coaching from an executive mentor.

 

Upon completion of the program, individuals will be placed in a full time role within the EMEA HR team, that best suits their personal and professional goals and matches business needs.

 

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We want to consider you if you have the following:

·     Master’s degree in Human Resources Management.

·      Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience including internship or student assignments.

·        Desire to learn and make a difference within the Polymer/Chemical Industry.

·        Excellent project management skills, preferably with experience working on a project in industry.

·        Good spoken and written communication skills.

·        Good active listening skills.

·        Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

·        MS Office

·        Languages: English fluent, additional European languages an asset.

·        EU Category B Driving License.
