LEAN SIX SIGMA BLACK BELT PROGRAM

We want to consider you if you have the following:

• Bachelor or Master Degree related with chemical engineering, polymer, industrial engineering
• 3 or 5 years of progressive work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous successful experience in risk management, process improvement, problem solving techniques and change management experience
• Familiar with Continuous Improvement methodology (Lean Six Sigma tools, Yellow/Green Belt)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
• Demonstrated ability to coach, teach, and mentor technical and non-technical knowledge to hourly and salaried employees to drive business results
• Demonstrated ability for: Time/Priority Management, multitasking, influence and Conflict Management Skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism and strong leadership skills
• Self-Starter – ability to work independently
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position
• Open to travel extensively across the world (20 to 60%)
