We are currently looking for a:


Maintenance Manager


Location: Cergy, Ile de France


Responsibilities:


-Develop programs, procedures and practices to encourage employees to work safety in an environmentally responsible manner to achieve quality results at acceptable cost levels

-Provide technical support for maintenance functions

-Maintains plant engineering standards and compliance

-Plans, coordinates, and oversees annual plant and boiler shutdown activities

-Develops systems and uses applicable tools to improve understanding of maintenance costs and utility measures relative to overall goals of reliability

-Prepares budget and monitors expenses

-Oversees the daily operation of the utilities systems for the site

-Inspects and troubleshoots equipment as needed

-Manages engineering stores functions to properly support plant needs, including maintenance material and contracting needs, process material needs, ..

-Resolves personnel conflicts and ensures customer satisfaction

-Participates in safety, health and environmental continuous improvement initiatives

-Other projects/duties as assigned

-Bachelors engineering or equiv experience completed

-Minimum 5 years maintenance management experience

 -Personal skills :time/ priority management , work on a team, self motivated, organizational skills, team building, stress management

-Software skills

-English intermediate
