Maintenance Technician - Day Shift
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate’s
degree (A.A.) or Licensed Journeyman in lieu of degree or commensurate
experience preferred.
• Proven expertise in troubleshooting controls systems, electric components,
pneumatic, instrumentation and mechanical devices. Proven expertise in
industrial electrical, including design, sizing, installation and component
level troubleshooting.
• Experience in other fields of maintenance such as plumbing, refrigeration,
carpentry, welding, forklift repair, etc. Competent PC (MS Office and Windows)
computer skills desired.
Additional Qualifications
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and adjust to rapid
changes
• Computer experience

Physical Demands
• Requires the use of safety equipment as dictated by the work area such as
safety glasses and shoes, dust mask, hard hat, respirator, face shield, hearing
protection, chemical suit, gloves, aprons, etc.
• Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles.
The employee is frequently exposed to vibration. The employee is occasionally
exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals and risk of electrical shock.
