Job Summary
The Account Manager (Sales) is a vital role dedicated to driving profitable growth by identifying and developing potential target customers through a specialized platform. Key responsibilities include: Strategic Planning and Forecasting, Relationship Building, Customer-Centric Problem Solving and Independent Operation. Additionally, the Account Manager plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth by cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. This position requires strategic foresight exceptional communication skills, and seamless collaboration with internal teams to deliver top-tier solutions that exceed client expectations and achieve sales target.
Essential Functions
1. Key Account Management & Sales Growth
· Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth and revenue.
· Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and expand market share.
· Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing customer relationships and negotiating contracts.
2. Client Relationship Management
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
· Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing client needs, concerns, and inquiries.
· Conduct regular business reviews with clients to identify areas for improvement and growth.
3. Coordination & Cross-functional Collaboration
· Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service, logistics) to ensure seamless service delivery.
· Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
· Ensure timely and accurate communication between clients and internal stakeholders.
4. Market & Competitor Analysis
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and challenges.
· Provide insights and recommendations for business strategies based on market intelligence.
· Conduct sales forecasting and reporting to support decision-making.
5. Problem-Solving & Customer Support
· Address and resolve client issues proactively to maintain strong relationships.
· Work with internal teams to troubleshoot challenges related to product delivery, pricing, and service.
· Develop customized solutions to meet clients’ specific business needs.
6. Compliance & Best Practices
· Ensure all sales processes adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.
· Implement best practices to optimize sales performance and customer engagement.
7. Other Duties as Assigned
· Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and industry events.
· Support company initiatives related to business development and customer experience.

Education and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, key account management, or business development, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in manufacturing, industrial sales, or a related industry is a plus.
