Qualifications & Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in commercial area with Plastics & Automotive background
- Engineering degree level. Desired MBA or equivalent
- Fluent Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Mobility and extended traveling availability
- Strategic thinking/ planning and goal oriented
- Team player with strong people and communication skills
- Robust business development skills
- Effective development of high, wide and deep relationships
