Manufacturing Coordinator
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills and abilities listed below:
- High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in one or more of the following:
Production Coordination
Production Management/Supervision
Production/Manufacturing work
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work.
Ability to work effectively with all team members at all levels.
Good communication and problem solving skills.
Familiarity with internal production processes. Strong manufacturing process knowledge.
Ability to work overtime as necessary which may include extended shifts and weekends.
Strong computer skills including data entry. General knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, MS Excel, Word & Outlook in particular
Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
Good attendance record.
Demonstrated good safety and quality practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with SAP or similar MRP/ERP system
Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO requirements
Physical Requirements:
- Normal manufacturing office environment.
Position may require frequent communication and walking to other areas (i.e. manufacturing floor) in which designated PPE will be required.
Position will require sitting, standing and walking frequently for 8 hour shifts.
Ability to lift 5-35 lbs, occasionally 55.
