- University or master's degree in Process Engineering or comparable
- In-depth experience in the Chemical Industry,
- 3-5 years experience in Management of production in the Context of the process industry
- Analytical Skills, Dedication, Flexibility and Passion for safety-conscious Work
- English is required due to international Knowledge transfer and Networking within the Group
- Hands-on mentality with good communication, planning and Organisational Skills
- SAP Knowledge desirable
