We are looking to extend our  team with a:

Manufacturing Process Engineer 

Location :near Bourg en Bresse (01)


Under the guidance of the plant manager:


-Develops, designs, and communicates manufacturing processes

-Monitors and revises processes to help generate cost savings and improve the quality and  efficiency of product/ process

-Participates in design reviews to improve the ability to manufacture products

-Responsible for the activities related to the development of new processes including researching current and emerging technologies , evaluating process cost, quality and performing process characterization and optimization studies using designed experiments, problem-solving and decision making tools

-Identifies and solves issues or problems with equipment/ process. 

-Provides coordination of new process installation and process changes

-Will be  in charge of the Health and Safety coordination of the plant :

provide assistance in developing, implementing and  maintaining  the health and safety system updated

-Support plant activities in risks prevention, incidents analysis and improvements implementation

-Review regulation changes, manage projects, organize trainings

  • Bachelor’s degree in  mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or polymer-sciences related degree.
  • Minimum  if possible 1 year  of relevant industrial  and/or  technical experience in a polymer industry 
  • Organization skills, self motivated, work on a team
  • Time/priority & stress management
  • Communications skills
  • MS Office, SAP; 
  • Languages: French, English
