QUALIFICATIONS:

Currently pursuing an MBA with an Operations or Supply Chain Management focus

BA/BS degree with emphasis in either Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or other related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience with a thorough understanding of demand management and forecasting, supply planning, distribution requirement planning, inventory management, production planning, master scheduling, operations management, etc.

APICS and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification is preferred, but not required.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to acquire, assimilate, and analyze data from multiple systems and data sources using a variety of business intelligence and reporting tools.

Project management experience, team facilitation, data analysis, change management, best practice translation, and process improvement experience is ideal.

Holds themselves and team members accountable for a high level of performance.
