PLANT MANAGER

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required, with preference for engineering, EH&S or manufacturing operations concentration.
• 10 + years’ manufacturing industry experience including responsibility for both manufacturing operations and safety procedures.
• 10 + years’ cross-functional experience to include problem solving techniques, cost and data management.
• 7 + years’ experience with lean six sigma, change management and budget management.
• 7 + years’ leadership experience to include managing multiple direct reports.
• Strong preference for 7 + years’ experience in plastic or additive manufacturing role.  Experience working with Liquid Color Concentrates, Colorants or Coatings is a plus.
