Required Education, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Bachelor's of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or related degree from accredited four-year college or technical school.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Ability to speak effectively before groups of associates.

Knowledge of manufacturing systems and processes.Required Length & Type of Experience:
-
3 years of experience in equipment and process development, implementation and support in a manufacturing environment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, toxic or caustic chemicals, and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment ranges from normal office noise levels to loud.
