Quality/Production Manager
- Bachelors of Science degree. (In lieu of degree requirement, may accept four years of additional quality/manufacturing engineering experience).
- Five years of progressively more responsible quality experience in a manufacturing environment to include prior supervisory responsibility.
- Knowledge of plant's manufacturing systems and processes.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma processes and methodologies.
- Computer skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required (MS Word & Excel).
- Strong organizational & problem-solving skills required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, toxic or caustic chemicals, and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment ranges from normal office noise levels to loud.
