QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Engineering 
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with individuals across the organization.
  • Ability to work as part of a team with excellent collaboration skills across other functions and with business partners.
  • Ability and discipline to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities including good time management skills, organizational skills, and taking accountability for tasks and issues.
  • Strong trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Quick thinking, initiative taking, thirst for learning and unafraid to be out of comfort zone. Willingness to take responsibility.
  • The ability to work in diverse and a fast-moving environment.
  • The personal drive and enthusiasm that makes you stand out from the crowd!
  • Out of the box, high innovative and future-oriented way of thinking.
  • High integrity and ethical standards.
  • Ability to express your ideas in an appropriate manner.
