Requirements:
Bachelor or Master Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Toxicology, law or related field.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in product and chemical regulatory management.
The ability to work with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment is required.
Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict and influence teams without formal authority is required.
Leadership experience in a matrix organization is strongly preferred.
Expert or proficient level with SAP and Excel
Fluent in English, additional languages are appreciated
Strong safety awareness (safety standards and improvement)
Analytical mindset and conceptual thinker with the ability to deliver operational tasks
Strong problem solving and organization skills
