Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Must have at least 3 years of significant screen printing work experience in a production environment. Will accept the equivalent of related experience or any equivalent combination of related training and experience.

     

Additional Qualifications

  • Ability to work with a personal computer in a Windows environment.  Requires proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Must be able to focus on results, drive change and build relationships of trust.

  • Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently when assigned

  • Ability to be flexible and juggle many assignments or projects at the same time

  • Must be able to transfer information in a timely, concise, and effective manner both internally and in front of customers. Ability to communicate well orally and in writing.

  • Have or develop a working knowledge of PolyOne products, associated screen printing materials, their uses, testing protocols and documentation processes.

  • Ability to write and organize technical documents in a concise, clear and timely manner.

  • Ability to identify, diagnose, and determine solutions for technical problems using logic and reason and sound scientific principles.

  • Ability to accurately perform duties and tasks and ensuring that the work is exact.

     

Physical Demands

  • Must occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
