Education

Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.

Experience

5+ years of experience in project management, problem solving, knowledge sharing, business team/user interaction, system configuration, programming, implementation, and technical support.

• Typically work is in an office environment where the noise level is low to moderate.

Scope

This position is global in scope. May travel occasionally for up to one week at a time as needed. This position requires availability 24 x 7, including use of a cell phone, off hours support and weekend on-call status, and during certain periods may require long hours, including weekends and holidays.
