QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Education and Experience

·       Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing or Business Management, 3+ years relevant experience required.

·       MBA would be advantageous

·       Knowledge and experience in the plastics industry especially related to healthcare would be beneficial, along with experience in the colorants and additives for plastics industry will be advantageous

 

Additional Qualifications

  • Successful track record of effective strategy development, marketing, communications, and project management.
  • Strong collaborator, works well with others, good listener, networker and high resilience
  • Ability to mobilize internally and externally to set and achieve business goals; able to articulate and drive required change and translate into actionable objectives for the extended marketing network.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and excellent presentation, research, and project coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical and interpretation skills.
  • Strong learning aptitude.
  • Agile, curious and action orientated.
  • Self motivated with the ability to multi-task.
  • High customer centric orientation with desire to spend significant time interacting with others.  Must have strong sense of urgency and ability to deal with ambiguity and high stress situations in tight time frames.
  • Is a thought leader with the ability to influence cross functionally, globally.
  • Whilst solid onboarding is expected, must be able to work independently, take calculated risks and be a self-starter.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence at the peer level as well as the next level of the organization often without authority.
  • Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, SAP, Excel, SFDC, Tableau.
