Sourcing Specialist
Must have the ability to multitask with strong time/priority management skills.
Must have the ability to communicate effectively in person, on the phone, and in email
- Intermediate problem solving skills
Intermediate organizational and facilitation skills
- Must have analytical skills
Intermediate stress management and conflict resolution skills
Ability to professionally represent PolyOne during meetings/negotiations directly with supplier representatives
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with SAP is a plus
Experience with computer-based purchase order/inventory systems is a plus
Education and Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Business or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in Sourcing/Supply Chain Planning/Inventory Control
